JPG, PNG, WebP, SVG, HEIC, HEIF · BMP, GIF and AVIF when your browser can decode them
Up to 20 images · 25 MiB each · 40 megapixels per image
Animated images become a single still image. HEIC support varies by image encoding.
How to use Image Converter
Add images
Choose or drop up to 20 images, with a maximum of 25 MiB per file. The converter detects each source format automatically, so mixed formats can share one queue.
Choose the output
Select PNG, JPG, or WebP. JPG offers quality and background controls; SVG input also has optional size and scale settings. Changing settings clears previous results.
Convert and download
Convert the batch, review each result, and download individual files or a ZIP. If an image fails, retry it or remove it while keeping the other completed results.
About Image Converter
Choose images without identifying their formats first. Image Converter detects each input and exports the batch to PNG, JPG, or WebP using one workspace. Use PNG for lossless output with transparency, JPG for photos with a chosen background and quality, or WebP for supported web workflows. Compatible HEIC photos use a local decoder when needed, and self-contained SVG graphics have optional raster size controls. Review actual file sizes and download individual results or a ZIP. All conversion happens on your device.
Useful for
- Convert mixed screenshots, photos, and graphics to the format required by an upload form.
- Prepare transparent PNG or WebP assets, or fill transparent areas when exporting JPG.
- Turn compatible phone HEIC photos and self-contained SVG artwork into common static image formats.
Before you start
- Add up to 20 images, each 25 MiB or smaller. Large decoded images and SVG output are subject to pixel limits to protect browser memory.
- BMP, GIF, and AVIF input depend on browser decoding. HEIC support depends on the photo encoding. TIFF input and HEIC or AVIF output are not supported.
- Output is a static image and does not preserve animation or original EXIF metadata. Converting to PNG cannot recover detail or transparency missing from the source.
- SVG artwork must be self-contained. External images, stylesheets, and fonts must be embedded before conversion.
- File size may increase. Compare the actual output before replacing the original, and keep the original when metadata matters.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to choose the input format?
No. Add your images and the converter identifies each format automatically. Select only the output you need: PNG, JPG, or WebP.
Can I mix different image formats?
Yes. Supported photos and graphics can share one batch. Each file is identified and processed separately, and an unreadable image does not prevent the others from completing.
Which output should I choose?
Choose PNG for lossless encoding and transparent graphics, JPG for photos where compatibility and quality controls matter, or WebP for browser-supported web assets. JPG fills transparent areas with the selected background. PNG does not recover quality already lost in the source.
Are my images uploaded?
No. The selected images and converted results stay in your browser. Website assets and a HEIC decoder may need to load before local processing can finish.
Are animation and photo metadata preserved?
No. Conversion produces a static raster image without the original photo metadata. Keep the source file if you need animation, EXIF, or editable vector artwork.
